"Philippe Cunningham" is a completely made up persona, a figment of one's deluded imagination that makes unreasonable demands on others for validation. This thing is a female who believes that she is a man, or whatever. This has historically been labeled as a mental illness. This thing should not be running around in public, much less be in a position of power, making important decisions for others.
