I thought that you could NOT VOTE in the run off if you didn’t vote in the election on Nov. 3rd so why in the hell are the republicans NOT all over this!!! NEWLY registered people should not be able to vote in the run off!!

Nobody is stopping them from registering, in fact the Supreme Court has decided it is unconstitutional to require proof of citizenship to register to vote.

It’s that way in some states, but not all. Maybe GA has different Election Code.
Laws don’t apply to Democrats, obviously.
According to news I heard today on the radio there are a lot of young new voters who registered to vote in the runoff who had recently become GA “residents”.
I don’t think they should allow people who didn’t vote previously to vote in the runoff. I know someone who got on a planeload of people that Andrew Yang organized and they went to GA. Who knows what they did. If they all registered to vote and then went back to CA I wouldn’t be surprised.

No. Any registered GA voter can vote in this runoff, even if they just registered before the voter registration Dec 7th cutoff.
Even if Trump were willing to invoke the Insurrection Act, would the military follow his orders? We have seen resistance to even modest deployment orders and public criticism of the President by generals.
