Indeed, there is a problem with the presumptive VP, Harris.
Kamala Harris is constitutionally unqualified to be VP. She IS NOT a natural born citizen. She is born in USA to NON-citizen parents which makes her a citizen by statute. ‘Natural Born’ citizen is citizenship inherited from the parents. Which means her parents MUST be US citizens without dual allegiance/citizenship at the time of her birth and born within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
In short... Kamala Harris CANNOT be certified as VP. An objection to her citizenship status must be challenged by Pence and congressional members in both the house and Senate. She does not meet constitutional qualification. A motion to disqualify her must be made and her certification for VP rejected on Jan 6, 2021.
The question is... will congress enforce the constitution rule of law??

The obvious answer is NO, congress has no interest in supporting the constitution! Once they turned a blind eye to Obama’s lack of citizenship proof they effectively voided this provision of the constitution without the authority to do so ! A democracy if we can keep it, indeed.... We could not !
Why have there been no lawsuits regarding Harris’s ineligibility?
