I wonder if there is a statute of limitations on a fraudulent President taking office. He was sworn in under a fraudulent pretense.

He was never President. He was a usurper. The wording of the eligibility requirements in Article Two prevent his kind from ever being a legal President no matter what the Congress fails to do under Section Three of the Twentieth Amendment or the what media presents him to be.
