Democrat Tulsi Gabbard is making news on two fronts, introducing a ‘born alive’ amendment that protects infants who survive abortion, and bringing forth legislation that would prevent biological males from competing in women’s sports.
Gabbard, a former candidate for President, is sure to ruffle some feathers within her own party on both matters.
Her first effort regarding infants would amend U.S. criminal code “to ensure a health care practitioner exercises the proper degree of care in the case of a child who survives an abortion or attempted abortion.”
It seems like common sense to administer medical care to a child in need, but six Democrats running for President, among others, actually voted against a similar measure in 2019.
President Trump excoriated those who opposed it at the time.
“Senate Democrats just voted against legislation to prevent the killing of newborn infant children. The Democrat position on abortion is now so extreme that they don’t mind executing babies AFTER birth,” he tweeted.
“This will be remembered as one of the most shocking votes in the history of Congress. If there is one thing we should all agree on, it’s protecting the lives of innocent babies,” the President continued.

Also putting her firmly on the side of the President and his Republican Party, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (HI) introduced a bill to Congress which would force Title IX to be applied based on whether a person’s assigned female at birth.
In other words, stop taking opportunities away from female athletes by allowing biological males to compete in their sports or on their level.

RON WYDEN received a VERY LIBERAL RATING from IVoterGuide in 2016. That means he has very extreme views.
He’s good on privacy issues and the 4th Amendment. He was also the one who asked Clapper the question that made him lie.

I respect legislators who line up to GOD’S Word. Those two have done much harm to our nation with their votes.
But if a baby’s life is worth protecting after a botched abortion why isn’t it worth protecting 10 minutes before birth, why not a week or a month?
No, she’s not conservative. She is conservative for a DEMOCRAT.
I wouldn’t say she is conservative, she is honest. I disagree with her 100% of the time, and would never vote for her. But she is 1000X better than a democrat I disagree with 90% of the time because she is not also a scumbag criminal like the rest of the democrats.
In other words, she might make a nice neighbor, unlike Joe Biden who would steal your wife and molest your daughters, and that is just for starters.
