That 2018 EO outlines everything that we’re watching today play out, almost to a tee. Since that’s the case, it’s obvious that Trump knew what was about to happen. The only thing they didn’t grasp worked to their advantage: the blatant scale of the fraud made it so massive that they are using almost laughable means to try to cover up any attempt to expose it.
Seems that what has to happen is the Electors - under the instruction of their state legislators - have to actually vote for Biden and make him “president elect” before Trump can say it was officially stolen. Like shoplifting. A store detective cannot arrest anyone UNTIL they leave the store. None of the election theft is official until the electors actually vote. Then Trump can bring about what he needs to bring about to show it was stolen from him. That’s why he gave Ratcliffe “45 days” to determine foreign influence in this election. That “45” number exceeded the 12/14 date. If Trump was worried about that date closing the door on any hope he had to stay in office, he would have given Ratcliffe 30 days, not 45. The Electors votes are the last act - the shoplifter’s walk out of the store - that might be needed for Trump to invoke anything from that EO in 2018.
Well if Trump has a captured server that has been forensically tested by the 305th cyber warfare unit and it shows that China had a backdoor into the software then Trump has every constitutional right to suspend the election until a complete investigation can be completed.
