I think the courts have made it clear they do not want to hear about, discuss, or have to rule on the election. It’s over except for the fat lady to sing. This time around “she” will be a fat transgender fat lady that despises America and all that the country stood for.
Then the SCOTUS and the other judiciary have given tacit approval and carte blanche to systemic fraud in government.
Maybe, but what do we have to lose by trying?
The left has finally succeeded in making the Constitution just a piece of paper.
That’s. My thought. SCOTUS won’t hear a case until they think denying it will look bad on them.
The other possible explaination is the amount of time remaining on the clock. If time is available to the other side they will use it to appeal,delay or overturn any court decision in our favor.
There maybe, as others have claimed, other paths for a Trump victory. But that doesn’t mean the path isn’t narrowing as January 20th approaches.
Seriously, indictments and arrests would incentivise lower level actors to cooperate for a plea deal.
