The Court was already damaged as an institution when it upheld the ACA, and then this year by refusing to get involved with the PA election beforehand.

Now we get to see Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett show there gratitude to Trump for putting them where they are by giving the Dems everything they want.

It did not uphold DACA. It held that the administration failed to follow the procedures set forth in the Administrative Procedures Act for taking a regulatory action.
