It did not uphold DACA. It held that the administration failed to follow the procedures set forth in the Administrative Procedures Act for taking a regulatory action.
Amen to that, dear brother.
Or, God removes his restraining hand and lets us do what we want sometimes.
Psalm 81:11-12
But my people would not listen to me;
Israel would not submit to me.
So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts
to follow their own devices.
Matthew 15:14
Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
Social disorder is already inflamed...Perhaps they are confident that we will not tear the County up if we lose like the Democrats will if they lose...
That sums it up.😞
“Just read the us Supreme Court rejected Trumps lawsuit against PA”
That’s peculiar, since it was not Trump’s legal action. Can you cite your source?
Thank you!
I always like seeing a devotional.
Often because I am in need.
Wouldn't you be if you were a justice? See what happened to all those who have stood in their way. Scalio, Seth Rich, the boyfriend of Kemp's daughter, plus scores more. No wonder John Roberts is voting with the liberals.
But HAS taken up the case putting it on the docket at a future date.

SUPREME COURT
BREAKING: “Response to the motion [is] due Thursday, December 10, by 3 pm.”
SCOTUS issues *deadline* to Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin & Georgia to respond to Texas lawsuit charging states with violating the U.S. Constitution with unlawful state elections.
What defeatist trash is this? Zulu? Roarkes Drift?
Angry Conservative?
Trump hasn’t even lost yet and you’re giving up!
There are 75 million people who are pissed and we need to let the left know it every chance we get.
....No court has ever issued an order nullifying a governor’s certification of presidential election results....
Govenors do not certify Presidential elections, it’s in the Constitution.
I wonder what kind of response the bad states (and that’s not ALL the bad ones!) can make. Lie when there is massive evidence? Admit they committed election fraud in a gazillion ways from Sunday which are serious federal crimes? Commit suicide between today and Dec.10 at 3:00PM?
I dont see how Making a judgement whereby the absentee ballots are deemed invalid would be even tantamount to SCOTUS overturning an election. The court would not be speaking of the remaining legal ballots if they were to decide the absentee ballots as they stood violated the constitution . It would simply be, that since the remaining constitutionally legal votes were not enough for Biden to declare victory, that trump would be the victor in the state of Pennsylvania et al... The “outcome” would be a simple case of math — not a direct “change of the outcome” on the part of SCOTUS.
Well stated!
My guess - they will probably all contact one another, and come up with four separate defense angles, and have each one of the states plead one of the defense angles, so that all four angles are covered. Then hope that one of them would be persuasive enough to convince the court to accept it, and write the decision based on those arguments.
So expect a wide variety of responses, from top to bottom. Maybe two of them the same if they think it’s really the best they have. As far as what THAT might be, probably try to blame it on COVID-19 somehow.
In Supreme Court parlance, "docketed" just means "filed." They have given no indication whether they will hear the case.
No, they have given them a deadline to respond to Texas's motion for permission to file a lawsuit. Big difference.
