So Newsmax just said that the Pennslv SCOTUS submission did not ask them to overturn anything? And she said, she’s not sure how well that will sit the with SCOTUS? What is going on? Can someone explain what was submitted to SCOTUS regarding Pennsylv??
I didn't read any of the lawsuit. I'm just going by what you said Newsmax said: That this Pennsylvania SCOTUS submission does not ask the Justices to overturn anything. I laid out my (non-lawyer) take in Post #14 above, if you want to check it out. I think I'm generally on the right track but if any attorneys out there want to correct my non-lawyer interpretation, go for it.
