I was worried about this, but I kept being assured by fellow Freepers that she was filing the lawsuit ON BEHALF OF STATE ELECTORS. If they don’t have standing, who then has?

Or is this NOT the case? That she was not really filing on their behalf. If not, on whose behalf?
