Hima Kolanagireddy, testifying as a witness to alleged election fraud before a Michigan House Oversight Committee hearing, dropped an unhinged Democrat lawmaker who accused her and other witnesses of being liars.
Democrat State Rep. Cynthia Johnson, the Minority Vice-Chair on the committee, interrupted proceedings during Kolanagireddy’s testimony to call into question the entire hearing and demand the witnesses be placed under oath.
“You’re allowing people to come in here and lie!” Johnson shouted at Committee Chair, Republican Matt Hall. “And I know they’re lying!”

But it was Kolanagireddy’s response to Johnson that served as a veritable mic drop.
“Can I say something please? If that is what you want me to do, I will do it,” she said in regards to making her claims under oath. “And I will still repeat the exact same thing.”
“And I also want to say one thing, if it is a lie it may change because a liar has to have a lot of memory power,” Kolanagireddy continued. “But if it is the truth, you can ask me in the middle of the night and it will still be the same.”

This crazy Maxine Waters understudy (bat shite crazy, taking selfies in the panel hearing room while talking)- was aping what another italian state senator kept yaking about— trying to have Giuliani sworn under oath. It was quite entertaining the dude being gavelled down. This “maxine” went cuckoo on this very professional IT business owner naturalized US citizen of Indian heritage.
Giuliani was not under oath, and none of his sworn affidavit witnesses were as well— they did not need to be.
She shut this black looney right up. Seriously smart woman, and not taking any crapola.

In the video I watched (several days ago), the Chairman of the committee stated that it is the committee's position to never swear in witnesses and he saw no reason to change it now.
Her written and signed afidavit IS sworn under oath testimony.

As Giuliani made clear the witnesses were giving the testimony from their sworn affidavits in the MI court filings.
Sworn affidavits— copies of which were given to the Committee.
Not worthless— being explained to the MI Senate Committee so they can know what their own courts (dem judges) will be ignoring, and the number of votes stolen. The Dominion employee is of particular value— witnessing the same kind of tabulator re-scanning that was seen in GA. All part of the aggregate evidence that will come to SCOTUS.
Explained to the MI Senate, including the power they have under Article II US Constitution to determine the Electors— in the event of false Election/fraud. They do not need the gov. or the SOS to sign off on anything. They can also communicate this to their delegation to Congress. Bypass the bad actors at state level. Giving them the info— and reminding the power they have from the FEDERAL Constitution.
