I did not take supplemental A. I do eat eggs like crazy; if I could only eat one thing a day it would be an egg cooked in butter. Hopefully that helped.
I would have taken more liposomal vitamin c a day if it weren’t so much work for my son doing all the work. It entailed him getting it out of the fridge and leaving it for me, me taking it, and him having to return it to the fridge. So I just did the one teaspoon a day. He had so much else to do.

Though Anti-vaxxers as they are called can be over the edge in their reactions, many of them are extremely smart folks. They’ve figured out that a whole lot of shit can be put into those vaccinations.
Force children to have to have larger and larger doses of medications as required for school, and the Lord only knows what damage is being done to children.
I truly would not put it beyond ANYONE on the left to use COVID vaccinations to stop reproduction.

Liposomal C is great, and I also take it in my daily regimen. But you can also get C with OPC, which seems to multiply the benefit of VitC taken alone.
