Perhaps the esteemed Justice Sullivan could share with us the passage in the Constitution that gives the Judicial Branch authority over the Executive Branch’s power to grant pardons?

Judge Sullivan is a dangerous political hack and should be arrested and removed from the bench. Let him make all the extra-constitutional pronouncements he wants from his jail cell.

If I were Flynn I would ignore this nut and turn my attorneys loose on the federal government for their abuse of power in civil suits. He’s pardoned don’t give this idiot recognition of anything he tries in his courtroom, its over.

There is nothing in there that says he can't. This is the typical logical step used by our reprobate government.

Hey, if the federal government as a whole is free to step outside of its enumerated powers, there is no reason any given branch isn't free to do the same thing.

Enemy within - the greatest threat to the American people is its own government.
