Loeffler could not have won the first election; she shared Republican votes with Doug Collins.
Of the five, I think Cavanaugh is the weak link. One would think his personal experiences would impact his decisions.
Roberts is as liberal as the three Democrat justices except on a few matters important to big business.
But, I just have this crazy notion that the remedy to this election isn’t going to be in a court room.
Today is Friday... I suspect that each passing day will have more bombshells like yesterday regarding fraud.
Agree with all of this.
My eye is on Radcliffe sometime between now and December 18th.

Yup. If the courts fail us we are down to our last box. Fortunately the Declaration of Independence and 2nd Amendement provide for a cure.
“If they can prove these were Biden votes and part of the ballot dumps, they will have a chance to successfully overturn the results of the 2020 election.”
They don’t have to prove the votes were for Biden, only that there were enough fraudulent votes to affect the outcome. The election is then (supposedly) thrown out and other legal remedies applied. In the case of the Presidential election, the state legislature can send a slate of electors of its choosing (best choice) or just punt (bad choice). For the other races they can have a revote or perhaps attempt to adjudicate the vote count.
I wonder what the Senate races look like if they disqualify the votes counted after midnight in that county?
ALL the government institutions are controlled by the Deep State. They will refuse to acknowledge that the revealed discrepancies would affect the outcome of the election.
Unless President Trump is prepared to yank off the bandage and expose the festering corruption (which could very well bring down the government) he has no choice but to accept it.
“...only that there were enough fraudulent votes to affect the outcome....
They shouldn’t even have to prove that. The legal team is providing information for many states. And in my mind, smoke/fire. To say only a few things were done wrong, without proper investigation, leads us right back to Custer. He didn’t investigate ahead either. It should cause an immediate recount nation wide, every ballot, and all ballots confirmed. If it can be done in a week by states, even those that held it out longer on purpose, then with proper overseers of all parties, two weeks should not be too much time to determine what a little over 239M voters want.

“Take Senate control off the table by reviewing the votes for the Senate. Let’s see if Perdue and Loeffler really won clear majorities.”
It is quite likely that Perdue won outright as he only needed another 15k votes for that (7.5k flips or 15k missed/destroyed/faked for the other guy). The Warnock/Loeffler/Collins race was a three-way split and no candidate was even close to a true majority. It would require a massive amount of cheating that does not seem evident even with all the evidence put forth thus far.
....”smoke/fire”...
Election fraud looks like California fires across the US.
And now Kemp is begging people to ignore Lin Wood and vote in Jan 5 to “create a firewall” to stop the Dems from taking the Senate.
Too late dipshit. Kemp let his state get stolen. Idiots that talk that way are conceding the election to Biden.
Screw the RINOs.

I only pointed out the threshold required, not the optimal. IMO, a revote supervised by the US military, national voter ID and in-person only, hand counted paper ballots only with a recount, or even two, *mandatory* regardless of margin. And rotate the counters between precincts/counties and states randomly (do your first count in LA, your second in Brown County, SD, your third in Hillsborough County, NH, for example).
I don’t know what that would cost, but it would be really, really hard to cheat and triple redundancy in the counting would eliminate large-scale errors. And the cost would be less than the price we are about to pay.
Of course, I trust the military to do this honestly, but we know what “they” will say if it is handled by the military. Still, my optimal revote - or standard for all elections - would be pretty safe.
The question of constitutionality would have to be addressed.
“I only pointed out the threshold required, not the optimal.”
I understand that. But what I’m saying is just the threshold also. This is how you correct a crime and make it clear you are serious and are not going to stand for anything like it to happen again in this country. And taking years at a snail’s pace will cause a huge amount of damage. Not to mention witness disappearances, evidences being fried or changed, and liberal judges playing games.
As for military use, can’t happen in most cases. Elections are the responsibility of the states and they can’t be over ruled unless it is determined a foreign attack and not domestic enforcement by The Posse Comitatus Act, 1878 & 1956.
The National Guard can be used, but only on orders and being controlled and paid by the individual states. The evidence right now, covers a number of states and they are running for cover to not be embarrassed as it is by having the work compromised due to dishonesty. So figuring the lack of honesty it is going to be impossible to get the states to fund assistance to their demise as they probably don’t feel suicidal.
And a new thought just came to me. If someone is overseeing a dishonest act, and they are paying for someone to find it, could that be considered self incrimination? ‘Nother maze.
