Exactly. You can show all the evidence in the world that all the election data was transmitted from America to every major (and minor) city in the world, and then back. If there's no evidence that any of that election data was wrongly changed or illegally manipulated, the Congress, state legislatures, and courts will likely respond: Yes, that is "extremely concerning," therefore those issues should be further studied and addressed so it is never allowed to happen again, to ensure we have "secure" elections. But since there is no proof that any election data was actually wrongly or illegally changed or corrupted, there is nothing to be done.
That's how state legislatures, the Congress, and the courts would react to such information and testimony that did not include any proof of wrongly or illegally changed election data.
Agreed 100%. At some point packet captures showing this traffic to/from will have to be released so the public can see and evaluate for themselves.
