If so, we begin to understand why the Democrats are so EAGER to make Puerto Rico a State. This adds two senate seats ( definitely going to be Democrat ) to the party plus additional Congressmen.
Add Washington DC to the state mix and you have 2 MORE Democrats in the Senate.
This will all happen if they control Senate next year ( depends on the runoff in Georgia ).
Add this to their plan to pack the Supreme Court and it is bye bye the USA as we know it.
And that depends on which judge hears all the motions that will be filed by hundreds of deep state dem lawyers.
