Nothing wrong with the above, except:
(1) Reduce Quercetin to 300mg, if possible
(2) Make sure Zinc has copper
(3) Don't take C, Zinc and Quercetin at the same time as D3 or K2. The former are water-soluble, the latter oil-soluble. Take them together and you will piss most of it out.
I’ve not seen anyone, anywhere, recommending reducing the querceting to 300 mg/day.
Where are you getting that lower dosage from?
