Since this is state law, there is no appeal to the US Supreme Court. This is the end of the road for this lawsuit. The only avenue left in PA is to somehow get the legislature to act. There aren’t enough votes to do that.

Nonsense. If breaking a state law adversely affected a federal election, of course it can go to to the supreme court.

No, the US Constitution says the state House and Senate are “final.”

That’s where the Supreme Court gets to come in and set it straight.

You would be so wrong you should never be allowed to post again wrong the equal protection clause was used in 2000 by SCOTUS to overturn a decision made in the state Supreme Court in Florida with how their votes where counted so please stay in your never trumper lane Junior

Nope. Bush v Gore: the federal courts have prerogative to prevent states from changing the rules of an election.
