#33. If anything, this judge’s comments apparently can put legal handcuffs on the corrupt Gov. Wolf from doing anything that illegally goes against the legislature’s “given” (approved) powers.
If he challenges this injunction or does something unethical or illegal to get around it, he can be found in Contempt of court and possibly jailed, fined, or restricted in his governing powers.
