I must be missing the point then. I see a domain name registered in China. It resolves to an unroutable address. If someone in China were going to connect from their server to dominion systems somewhere else, they would not need a domain name. They would simply run a server somewhere, probably in the US, and connect from there.
The point is that when somebody sat down and registered that domain name, they were sitting somewhere in China. I have lots of domain names and they all show where I was when I created it. It is a pretty solid connection between DVS and China.
