Not necessarily typos - apparently the document was filed as a PDF and was converted to text in the court - using optical character recognition.

And OCR is notorious . . .

I’m not convinced this is an OCR but rather it’s a summation. I looked at the PDF and it’s a fairly extensive, and proofread... Legal Document.
