There was a time in this country before the democRATS let them all out to walk amongst us, that the mentally ill were sent to institutions for treatment and to protect themselves from themselves. But no longer.

This loonie bin is becoming so unraveled, that I would expect him to be seen in the town square preaching his insanity while the people around him consider bringing stocks back to protect themselves from his vitriolic rantings.
