I must be blind as I just quadrupled checked and don’t see the passage from the PA Constitution (unless it’s in the comments somewhere).
You’re kind of missing the entire point. Because there’s no way to audit the results they have to be invalidated. Otherwise we just have to take their word for that Biden won.
By law they’re supposed to retain all information.
In court, if you delete information you were required to retain then the opposing side can assume it was bad.
And you are missing the point. The PA Supreme Court will never allow Biden not to be the winner... they don’t care what the law is.. you will not get a remedy out of the PA court system... or will have to come from federal courts.
