The Biden team has been doing what Flynn got charged with. Makes sense to pardon him . He was always going to after the election anyways.
Trump should pardon every single person in prison under charges of lieing to the FBI. It shouldn’t even be illegal to lie to an organization that can lie to you with impunity.
If Trump wanted to make this interesting....pardon Flynn, then write up the papers for the Biden team violations related to the same theme, and grant pardons to the same group of characters. I might even go back to the Bush II era and grant pardons to the characters that violated the Logan Act then.
Then I’d turn around and tell Congress that the Logan Act is null and void. I might even write an executive order that says the most you can get in jail is 72 hours of prison time...just to show that it’s a full-up joke.
