My former company had to have some platform-specific firmware certified by external vendors that interfaced with it, which was done at specifically specified firmware levels. My company paid heavily to have that certification done and had to document the supported levels publicly for these vendors and features.

If a customer upgraded or downgraded their firmware on our platforms to an uncertified level while using the 3rd parties features, the 3rd party automatically ceased supporting the customer even if it was a obvious issue with the 3rd parties hardware or firmware.

The more I hear coming out about these abuses of procedures and power-grabs, the more angry I become...

I've been in IT for 24 years... I've built server farms and entire networks for Fortune 500 companies.

Some of the claims being made by the Left and their allies are deliberate lies. The holes in these various voting systems are so big you can toss a Buick through them.
