Overthrowing the government and rejecting the Constitution is? It's in the hands of the states. No state has to tolerate criminality in the election process. They'll have to step up.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.-
1. We have a government based upon the (sacred to most, and definitely to all here) proposition that we are a free people, and that free people get to choose their own leaders through the mechanism is free and fair elections. That government and proposition are embodied in the Constitution.
2. Arguably, President Trump was the winner of the 2020 Presidential election, and not by a little.
3. Despite #2, it is becoming increasingly clear that there are enough people in positions of power (in both parties, the courts and the media) who absolutely do NOT subscribe to #1, and that the will of the people will be thwarted with the installation of Biden (nominally) as POTUS. All indications are that those who engineered this result will aggressively continue to change laws (using the Constitution as a fig leaf for that) to ensure that only one party CAN win the Presidency or control of either House of Congress.
4. Given #3, of what value is the Constitution to a people that wishes to be free in the face of a large, well-organized, well-disciplined, utterly immoral and power-hungry cabal that seemingly can thwart the will of the people without too much effort!
