Contemporaneous news, came out around noon on Tuesday, Nov. 3, was that the leak was reported at 6:07 am (that's morning) and fixed withing two hours. The news report was also that no ballots were affected.
Therefore, the news report went on, counting of these unaffected ballots would be delayed by a full day.
No curiosity from the reporting news agency, but that leaky excuse doesn't hold water.
