I don’t think 3rd circuit will. They have a lot of good judges in this Federal court. However, ultimately will end up at the Supreme Court.

You got it. There aint any judge who wants to touch this hot potato. The SCOTUS will have to handle it and the PA vote counters screwed that up when they ignored Alito’s order to separate ballots after 8 PM that night.
