Hell, we should move tax day to every 1st Tuesday of November, Make the ballot be another form you fill out to the IRS. If you are a Net Tax payer, you get to vote, if you are not, well no vote form for you.
At this point I actually TRUST the IRS to process my Vote more than some Blue democrat district!!!!
And that is saying a hell of a lot right there!
