This will get to the SC, who have zero interest in deciding elections. Evidence will leave the SC with little choice but to invalidate the votes and let the states remedy via another vote, or —as already prescribed—state delegations choosing electors.

Preponderance of evidence should make it an easy call for them, if Sidney & Lin prove what they claim—of which I have little doubt.

My take on anyone in politics for more than 8 to 10 years is that they are in politics for the money. Screw all that noble public service BS. It is utter BS if one hangs in politics too long. They are enriching themselves. It doesn't make a difference if they are a Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Marxist or Commie. They quickly become a member of the uni-party and partake in all the wonderful benefits of the homo-club for back scratchers.

The last minute contract with Dominion was for $100 million. That's too much money to trust anyone in government that has been there too long. Kemp has been there too long. If he was any good at being a builder, his previous profession, he would have gone back to his old business by now. Apparently, politics is much more lucrative.

You are exactly correct. I have personally bribed public officials (past the statute of limitations) and they delivered on their part of the quid pro quo.

My late grandfather had the best stories. He personally delivered suitcases of cash to a bunch of state politicians to assure he could get state construction contracts.

He was a cool guy. He drove me to the exact spot where the bribes were paid (a very seedy restaurant where he would _never_ go to eat) and the owner knew him on a first name basis. It was the "hang out" where the politicians could be paid off away from prying eyes.

Btw--_None_ of the crooked politicians were ever caught--not one.

Well maybe draft the case, instead of droning on about in on TV every day. Bush had Ted Olsen, a very experienced Supreme Court attorney. Meanwhile the two top law firms working for Trump QUIT after insane social media pressure and personal doxxing of employees. Powell has superb experience with white collar corporate appeals, but never a case of this magnitude. Who else is working on this case?
