SCOTUS is not going to hear any election cases. The election challenges are all being dismissed on factual, not legal, grounds, so there is no legal issue for SCOTUS to consider.

You heard it here first: if Trump petitions for cert., there will be zero votes in favor.

Well, surely Trump's legal team is not overflowing with bumbling idiots, so why are various Trump attorneys repeatedly insisting it will all end up in the SCOTUS?
