He has a point and it won in PA. There is no authority with the Governor and/or the Secretary of State to change election law. I think this will be an important point even for the Senate Runoffs. But I doubt they can overturn the election with this.
What was disappointing to me was how fast Lin Wood and others stopped talking about Dominion in GA as a source of machine fraud after the state agreed to do a 100% hand recount. Now it looks like that chicken has flown the coup and now all the eggs are in the signature match "agreement" with Elias. Why accuse machine fraud if you don't think there is machine fraud that can be proved with a 100% hand recount? That is where the Trump team left me on the curb. It is almost as if the Secretary of State of GA's agreement to count 100% of the ballots popped that balloon totally. What I didn't like was to then tell GA that their recount was worthless. Huh? What about the Dominion machine fraud? Talk about goal post moving.
