This isn’t grasping. This isn’t nothing. You can’t change state election law by a private deal signed off by the secretary of state who has no standing in the legislative process whatsoever. His function is merely ministerial in the execution of state law.

Indeed a big red flag and a clear act in colluding to interfere with election laws by agency mischief and under color of office.

And the fraudulent deal was signed by one party. That party cannot then obstruct proper audit etc. to perfect its fraud.
