Now Type the 52.57.209.147 into the box in https://www.maxmind.com/en/geoip-demo. It shows its located in:
Frankfurt am Main, Hesse, Germany, Europe
There you now verified and checked out the IP location yourself.

Since that was written, there have been organizational changes... but it appears that Scytl’s sales of election related software might be a simple “rebranding” of software “sold to them” by Soros. The definition of the business relationships between Scytl and the Soros owned companies is left deliberately murky in their descriptions of them... but Scytl wasn’t avoiding proofs of “being connected” to him back in 2016... which is a lot closer to 2020, temporally, than “never”.
In the event... it appears Scytl is a Soros client company... rebranding Soros owned election software functions as “part of” their own product... when perhaps they’re only rebranding Soros “software as a service” ?
Hard to know what the actual nature and full extent of the relationship is...
Not hard to notice that Scytl is lying about it...
