Well, I voted in GA so I know a little bit about it.
When you vote, the booth prints out the ballot or what you are calling the "duplicate". You are asked to VERIFY it before turning it in. Those are the ballots that are being hand recounted, those and the Absentee ballots I suppose.
I should add, that is why the Sec. of State says that the election is secure, because a printed ballot from the machine which is inspected by the voter exists which can later be hand recounted.
Your entire argument fails when you add “and the Absentee ballots I suppose”...
The entire effort in Georgia is a fraud... because it was conducted without oversight. Conducting a faux “audit” now while sustaining the fraud of conducting it without oversight... means it is still a fraud.
