Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger on Wednesday announced elections officials will be conducting a hand recount and full audit of every single ballot that was submitted.
Raffensperger had announced last week they would be doing a recount after ballots turned up in the dead of night and pushed the state for Joe Biden.

David Shafer, Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party said GOP observers are limited to one credentialed monitor for each ten counting tables.
“Congressman Doug Collins and I asked for a one to one ratio yesterday but our request was refused,” David Shafer said.

The republicans control the legislature so the locals needs to call their legislature who then can inform the SOS...hey if you’ll do no full recounts with certified watchers per table and you’ll get no sign off on electors from us. We will send the electors ourselves. The locals need to get involved now!
An observer is not same election judge right?
So, you should have a republican and democrat counting the ballots. Observers are separate from this.
Deepstate is still controlling the election.
The counties can be told to do it but what if the counties in large numbers refused to do citing possible fraud on the part of 3 counties? It force the legislature to get involved. What court could make the counties comply?
I have tried, they are in recess. Gov Kemp needs to call an emergency session now. They plan to “certify“ the results at 5 pm tomorrow

The recount is a joke and the Georgia Republican responsible need to know helping Democrats isn't acceptable.

He is compromised

He did nothing about the GOP observers being kicked out election night either.Those votes should at the very least been secured and set aside review.
He had a risk limiting audit, not a full audit.
He’s been saying from day one the numbers are accurate (how does he know?) and there were no credible claims of fraud which is BS because i know people who had people vote under their name.
And now he is in “quarantine” for 10 days because his wife has covid
