Where is NSA in all of this? This is a national security issue. The NSA is touted to know all things computer. Did the NSA knowingly let this all go down? If the Texas authorities knew to stay away from this company, then surely the NSA knew enough to disallow its operation.
Seeing what has transpired over the last 4 years, I would say the NSA contracted it to be built.
