Those numbers are not correct and likely taken from screen grabs. Once the ballot enters the tabulator it becomes electronic data - only if the polling place saved the original ballot and many did not, can the ballot be traced.
Once in the system there are 5 points at which someone can enter data - like votes, voter id, registrations, number of voters and tabulations. Dominion software has code which can erase all changes and then self-destruct, leaving no trace of tampering.
The actual tampering can only be seen in real time, not after the fact. Any tampering incidents which make it to the logs is only a record of the number of occurrences, not the number of votes moved. See video below for a forensic analysis

Philadelphia county Pennsylvania has a total population of 1,591,800 according to the 2019 est. federal census.
That federal census also states that 22% of that population, 350,196, are under 18 years old. That reduces the pool of eligible voters to 1,241,604.
That figure just happens to be almost exactly the same number of actual registered voters claimed by the Philadelphia county Voter Registration Office.
That would mean that EVERYONE of voting age in the county is registered to vote.
I am calling bullshit on that, and President Trump’s fraud chases had better damn well look into the matter!
