The Trump attorney today with Kayleigh Mcveigh’s presser appears to be taking 2 legal approaches—
1) the lack of poll watchers in PA;
2) disparate impact in PA (ie, Bush v Gore). This is what Steve Bannon’s War Room was talking about when his site was taken down. The legal argument is this: Some mainly Dem counties in PA were treated differently than GOP heavy counties in PA, causing disparate treatment. They were helped more, their votes were cured more, they had more drop boxes.
None of this violated the law, although PA law “suggests” not curing ballots. I didn’t know laws SUGGESTED anything.
