After all is said and done SCOTUS-wise, the legal remedy restores Trump in whole. However, the illegal activity is so egregious, there should be punitive damages awarded to Republicans.
Something like: Restorative remedy - House 218 R’s.
Punitive remedy - R, House +30, with house then 248 R’s.
That would cause not just a ton of exploding heads, but the excretion of many many gold bricks also. I'd pay to see that!!! :-)
While damages are not in electors but $’s a private RICO lawsuit can be filed against individuals and private organizations, such as political parties. RICO (organized crime laws) allow for treble damages plus legal fees. It would be nice to see the Democratic Party bankrupted along with their leaders. It would nice to see the court judgment that found the Democratic Party was “organized crime.”
