And a SCIF is not an Army thing. Every organization with a certain classification level has a SCIF.

By saying this is an Army thing proves he has no knowledge of what a SCIF is.
A SCIF is used widely in all services and other agencies, custom designed based upon size, scope, scale and even existing rooms re-purposed needing a secure facility of that nature (imagine the NSA, State, DHS, CIA, all the other services and Coast Guard, etc.) relying on the Army for secure com and data transfer.
This distinction may appear small to those that don’t know how each service/agencies operate. It is a huge indicator and by calling it an Army thing is so very telling.
