yea I don’t buy that either. They don’t know how to cheat. It’s like cheating on an exam and getting all the answers correct. The teacher will wonder, know what I mean?

Who is the teacher here? It's one thing to wonder, it's another to have the power (as the teacher does, or used to) to order a re-test under strict proctoring conditions.

A federal lawsuit against these uncivil criminals is in order. Likely, after that (and convictions), public hangings might be in order.

It's like cheating on the exam and getting a perfect score despite getting Ds the entire semester. It doesn't pass the smell test.
