The higher courts know this and I think they fear what will happen when people find out which is why they will try to punt on the triggering forensic counts as long as they can. It is why Michigan stopped the Stein recount when they found ballot boxes marked “306 votes” with only 51 ballot in them.

The press for years has had a stock retort, claiming there is no widespread voter fraud and Trump has provided no evidence. It's time to expose the voter fraud. All of it.
