Wolf just did a presser saying they’re counting 3 million ballots now.

They’re counting a total of 3 million. I don’t think he has any idea how many has been counted and how many hasn’t been.

Full disclosure, I didn’t hear the presser. But he must mean they have 3M VBM ballots to count, a portion of which have already been included in the totals. PA has 9M registered voters and 5.7M have been counted. There’s no way 8.7M turned out on a 9M base, Wisconsin performance notwithstanding.

How many of these 3 million are people who voted twice, once by mail and once on Tuesday? If the mail in ballot had not been received by Tuesday then the person was free to vote on in-person on Tuesday.

Will the ballots postmarked by Tuesday but not received at the board of elections until today be compared with the people who voted at the polls on Tuesday? Is there any way to show that a person already voted?

I am pretty sure that names on ballots received before November 3 have the names flagged so that such people could not vote again at the polls. How about when this happens in reverse order?
