The Democrats know President Trump is doing well in the battleground state of Pennsylvania which is why they are fighting to count ballots for up to three days after Election Day.
Pennsylvania Republicans took the fight all the way up to the Supreme Court and last week the highest court of the land said that it will not fast track Republicans’ challenge to Pennsylvania’s extended deadline for absentee ballots.
The justices did leave open the possibility that they would ultimately rule in favor of Pennsylvania Republicans.
Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who was just sworn in, did not participate in last week’s decision “because she has not had time to fully review the parties’ filings.”
Pennsylvania officials voluntarily complied and will segregate ballots received after election day as Republicans continue to fight in court.
A few days after the Supreme Court decision, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro claimed his state’s outcome is predetermined and called the race for Joe Biden.
“If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose. That’s why he’s working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process,” Shapiro said.
“For the record, he’s 0-6 against us in court. We’ve protected voting rights. Now, ignore the noise—vote!” he added.
President Trump is dominating The Keystone State and drew a crowd of 58,000 people at his Butler, PA rally.
Joe Biden has vowed to ban fracking and shut down US oil which would destroy hundreds of thousands of jobs in Pennsylvania.
Trump will be in Scranton, Pennsylvania today for another rally as part of his last minute campaign sprint.

Do the ballots in PA have to be postmarked by Nov 3rd?
...apparently, NOT.....even if they are received after NOV 3rd and have NO postmark, they must be counted as per a recent decision by the PA Supreme Court....they will be counted on the 12th if I recall.....

The damned Pennsylvania Supreme Court has no jurisdiction whatsoever on how elections are run in Pennsylvania. That is the domain of the legislators. I pray to God that for once Republicans claim the power that is legally theirs and fight back.
Why are many so-called conservatives so willing to acquiesce to the concept of Judicial Supremecy? Our Constitution outlined three co-equal branches of government. It was never intended that a few political hacks in black robes could subvert the will of voters. And shame on Pennsylvania’s Republican party for being asleep at the wheel while these Democrat operatives were elected to that court.
The cheaters of PA have one very big problem. They don’t know how bad their defection rate will be. I suspect they don’t realize accurately how many Dems will vote for Trump. They are in essence assuming their vote returns are solid, and they probably aren’t. Plenty of folks in PA will vote Trump, and the rest of the ballot Dem.
The anti energy stance of Biden was the shot in the foot heard around the land.
Shapiro is also up for re-election tomorrow.
The first thought that came to my mind is...what happens if the vote cheating program automatically gives Biden the votes he needs to beat Trump, but Trump has so many votes, the tally is more that registered voters?
I saw a post here on FR that some official in PA was ignoring the Supreme Court order about the ballot-counting; not sure if it was the state Supreme Court or the national one....and I can’t find the post :/

Here is a synopsis of the review SCJ Barrett. The Dimwads cheat every chance they get. Even when they don’t have to ..they cheat...they cheat...just like pathological liars (mostly dims) don’t have to lie but they can not stop themselves.

Since only 50-60% of voters turn out, that’s unlikely. Probably on a few percent fraud is needed.
Precinct level turnouts do sometimes exceed 100%.
