Agree on the Meclizine which you can buy over the counter. I have vertigo and take 1 day with no issues.
After my neck fusion surgery, while still in the collar, I had two episodes of vertigo that each lasted a week. Even with the mec. Haven’t had an episode in quite a while but I have a bottle of mec in the med locker just in case.
