If the docs were about Barry the Muslim, the FBI would be all over it, half of Fedex would be in for questioning.
I assume the FBI was all over it . . . and that's why the documents are missing. Most Special Agents are good Americans, but the corrupt leadership knows who they can count on for the coup they are continuing to work on.
