Wisconsin and Minnesota each have 10 electoral college votes, he would lose Wisconsin and win Minnesota and nothing changes, but 29 is to much to overcome...he would have to win Colorado, Minnesota, New Hampshire and all of Maine to overcome that....which is really tough

Trump got 304 EV in 2016. If he wins all the same states except Florida, he gets 275, which is still enough to win.

Now, practically, if Trump isn’t getting enough support to win FL he’s probably not getting enough to win the upper midwest like he did in 2016. However, T is winning Florida.
