A federal judge on Tuesday night ordered the U.S. Postal Service to reverse limitations on mail collection imposed by Trump-backed Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, giving the agency until Wednesday morning to inform workers of the court's changes as more mail-in ballots continue to flood in.

In a highly detailed order, Judge Emmet Sullivan of the District Court for the District of Columbia granted an emergency motion by plaintiffs against President Donald Trump to enforce and monitor compliance with Sullivan's previous injunction tied to USPS services.

No later than 9 a.m. Wednesday, the judge said, agency workers must be told that a USPS leader's July guidelines limiting late and extra trips to collect mail are rescinded.

"USPS personnel are instructed to perform late and extra trips to the maximum extent necessary to increase on-time mail deliveries, particularly for Election Mail," Sullivan wrote. "To be clear, late and extra trips should be performed to the same or greater degree than they were performed prior to July 2020 when doing so would increase on-time mail deliveries.

The judge further instructed the Postal Service to send him daily updates....

Evil power begets more evil power.

King Emmett Sullivan [or his family] are tied to Epstein
Island and the criminals/rapes/worse there, and so he
will do anything in his BLACKROBE CORRUPT powers
to stop the US ELECTED PRESIDENT — as he has before.

Judge Emmet Sullivan of the District Court for the District of Columbia granted an emergency motion

Of course he did.

After the war, I want to see Sullivan and the others in a Nuremberg-style tribunal. With hangings afterward.

He just told the workers they are required to work extra hours. Didn’t know there was a law that required them to work extra hours, so I’m not sure what law the judge is enforcing.

Postal Workers have a choice— follow a judge’s order or their immediate supervisor (who can have them canned, union too).

This judge thinks he runs the USPS in the United States. He has no jurisdiction to order this. It was a case filed— he made a ruling.

The SCOTUS orders on acceptance of ballots-— they DO have effect.

This a-hole machine judge-— not so much. Notice he expects “daily reports” from USPS management. What an a@@. He has zero way to enforce this.... excepting maybe inside DC. What an imbecile. And word is that HE is the paedo, and put it off on his own son— with his.... granddaughter now grown up This is the hold they have on him— so it has been commented on the blogosphere.

USPS will get this order and SHRUG. They will do what they always do and simply laugh at the judge’s order.

They couldn't do anything this late in the game if they wanted too, I worked for the USPS for two years, the bureaucracy is worse than even the DMV because everything also has to go through the union. Mail delivery schedules for the next couple weeks have already been made, they attempt to change them and call extra mail carriers in, they will have grievances flying left and right, either that or those called in will just take a sick day.

The USPS union has to be broken if you want real results.

I’ve been associated with a couple of USPS workers. They are very adamant: they don’t work for the USPS, they work for the union.

As soon as the election is over, we will be done with Judge Emmett Sullivan, a democrat who wants to continue this to hurt Trump. After the election, this will just melt.
